The section “Reports” in Open4Tech Cloud contains every report available to download or which will be available after manually starting them from the Device Data.

The table contains three columns:

  • Name – file name. This name is set by the user when generating the report is started.
  • Status – The status of the file. When the report is added by the user and generation is not started, the status will be pending. When the file is generated, the status will be changed to complete.
  • Expire At—The date when the report will expire and be deleted from the system. Reports are stored for 7 days after being added.

Notes:

Report generation starts every several minutes after adding it. After the report’s expiration date, it will no longer be visible.
